A nice quality cased solid sterling silver Royal souvenir jam spoon. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1981 with the maker’s marks that of TDLTD. It has been superbly made to mark the royal wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Dianna Spencer. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The case is not the original but it fits well. The spoon measures approx. 6.25 inches (15.7cm) long by 1.25 inches wide and weighs 16 grams excluding the case. An interesting example.
