A top quality English antique solid sterling silver gilt and hand painted enamel place card or menu holder. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1905 with the maker being WH. It has been beautifully made being hand painted with a pansy or viola flower. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1.25 inches (3cm) across the base by a fraction less tall and weighs 18 grams. A very well made beautiful piece.
