A super quality antique solid sterling silver swing handled bowl, nut dish, or bonbon basket. It is hallmarked for London 1901 with the maker being Heath and Middleton. It has superbly designed having a swing handle and faceted bowl and is in superb condition being free from dings, splits, engravings, and repairs. It measures approx. 6 inches (15cm) long by 3.75 inches (9.8cm) wide by almost 5.5 inches (5cm) tall to the top of the handle and weighs 178 grams. A very good quality well made clean piece.
