ENGLISH SILVER PLATED FOX HEAD DISH ASHTRAY c1940 ANIMAL HUNTING SHOOTING 132g

A very nicely modelled silver plate dish. It is unmarked but will date to the early to mid 20th century, possibly a design based on a dish by Aspreys. It has been beautifully modelled being cast in the form of a fox head. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. All the silver plate is original and complete. It measures approx. 3.5 inches (9cm) across by 3.75 inches (9.5cm) top to bottom and weighs 132 grams. An interesting piece.
