A superb solid sterling silver caddy spoon. It is marked STERLING possibly American, I would date it to c1920-1940, there is an inscription to the base which dates it 12-28 12-32 (clearly marking five years with the 2 upside down for some reason?). It has been superbly designed with the bowl being in the form of a leaf and a looped stem terminal. It is in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 3.5 inches (9cm) long by 1.25 inches (3cms) wide and weighs 16 grams. A beautifully made example.
