A beautiful English solid sterling silver quaich cup. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1933 with the makers marks being ALD. It has been superbly designed to hold whisky and be passed around at ceremonies, this example was made for the Edinburg and District Motor Club. It is in superb condition having no dings splits or repairs. It measures approx. 6.25 inches (16cms) across including the handles and 4 inches (10.3cms) excluding them and weighs 114 grams. A super example.
