A beautiful English solid sterling silver trinket box. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1979 with the maker being The Birmingham Mint. It has been superbly designed with the lid being decorated with a hedgehog amongst brambles. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the internal mirror is in very good condition. It measures approx. 2 inches (5.1cm) across by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) tall and weighs 39 grams. A very nicely made piece.
