A rare English Georgian antique solid sterling silver medicine spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1792 with the makers mark being rubbed. It has been superbly made and the terminal has been engraved with the initials TH. It is n super condition being free from dings slits and repairs. It measures approx. 5.25 inches (13.2cm) long by almost 1 inch (2.5cm) wide and weighs 12 grams. A very rare item.
