RARE 1753 ENGLISH STERLING SILVER GRAY FAMILY CRESTED BASTING SPOON ANTIQUE

A very rare English Georgian antique solid sterling silver basting spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1753 with the maker being difficult to decipher. It has been superbly designed and has been engraved with a crest used by the Gray Family. It is in superb condition having no serious dings splits distortions or repairs. It measures approx. 11 inches (28cm) long by 2 inches (5.1cm) wide and weighs 114 grams. A very interesting piece.
