A superb English sterling silver ink blotter rocker.. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1995 with the makers marks being FGH. It has been superb made and works perfectly, to remove the blotting paper you simply unscrew the knob on the top. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs.  It measures over 2.75 inches (7.2cm) by 2 inches (5.2cms) by the same tall and weighs 66 grams (including the wooden base). A very well designed piece.
