A superbly detailed high quality cast rare English solid sterling silver figure. It is hallmarked with the 925 standard mark. I would date it to c1980. It has been superbly cast in the form of a Gentleman riding a penny farthing. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the wheels move freely. It measures over 2 inches (5.6cm) across by over 3.25 inches (8.4cm) tall by over 0.75 inches (2.4cm) wide and weighs 56 grams. A very nice quality piece. (The stand is not included so you may need to purchase or make one to display it upright).
