A beautiful very high quality Scottish solid sterling silver cheese stilton scoop. It is hallmarked for Edinburgh 2007 with the maker being James Ness & Son. It has been superbly made have a polished hard wood handle. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures over 9.75 inches (25cm) long by over 1.5 inches across the scoop and weighs 148 grams. A top quality piece.
