A beautiful rare hand painted enamel and solid sterling silver thimble. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1975 with the makers marks being JS&S, it was designed and hand painted by Peter Swingler. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. No chips or cracks. It measures approx. 1 inch (2.3cm) tall and weighs 8 grams. A beautiful example.
