A beautiful heavy hand made English solid sterling silver porringer bowl or wine taster cup. It is hallmarked for London 1984 with the maker being Herbert & Laurie Parsons trading as Tessiers Ltd. It has been superbly designed being planished and is in superb condition having no dings splits or repairs. It measures approx. 4.5 inches (11.6cm) across including the handle and over 3 inches (8cm) excluding it by over 1 inch (3cm) tall and weighs an impressive 100 grams. A stunning example.
