A superb English designer Britannia silver (higher grade than sterling) paper weight. It is hallmarked for London 1994 with the makers marks being CU - I suspect there is a connection to the designer Ross Morgan who is famous for developing/using this technique of applying a thick layer of silver (inside and out) to cross sectioned shells.  It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs.  It measures over 3.5 inches (9cm) wide across the base by 2.5 inches1.75 inches tall and weighs 134 grams. A very unusual item.
