A very interesting military solid sterling silver commemorative letter opener. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 2002 with the maker being EF. It has been superbly designed and engraved 'TO COMMEMORATE THE GOLDEN JUBILEE QUEEN ELIZABETHII 1952-2002 along with the RAF Medical Services insignia. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, still boxed. It measures approx. 8 inches (20.2cm) long by 0.5 inches (1.4cm) wide and weighs 34 grams (excluding the box). A very nicely designed example.
