A rare unusual set of four French solid sterling silver salt spoons or mustard shovels. They are hallmarked with the boars head touch mark. I would date them to c1890-1900. They have been superbly made having gilded bowls and come complete with their case. They are in in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The case a the odd scuff. They measure approx. 2.75 inches (6.4cms) long and weigh 13 grams combined (excluding the case). A nice quality very interesting set.
