A superb English solid sterling silver apostle spoon (jam / dessert spoon sized). It is hallmarked for London 1978 with the maker being Birmingham Mint. It has been beautifully made with the terminal being in the form of St Andrew the Patron Saint of Scotland. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5.75 inches (14.4cm) long by 1.5 inches (3.8cm) wide (dessert spoon sized) and weighs a respectable 32 grams. A very well made piece.
