A super quality boxed English solid sterling silver letter envelope opener. It is hallmarked for Sheffield 1973 with the maker being Royal Irish Silver Co. It has been superbly designed with the terminal being cast in the form of a medieval knight. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 7.75 inches (19.6cm) long by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) wide and weighs 70 grams (excluding the box). A very well designed piece.
