High quality English Victorian antique solid sterling silver crested grape shears. They are hallmarked for London 1887 with the maker being Wakely & Wheeler (James Wakely & Frank Clarke Wheeler). They have been beautifully made and have been engraved with a goats head crest used by the Rigby and Chetwynd families. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They measure approx. 6.5 inches (16.7cm) long by 2 inches (5.1cm) wide at the handles and weigh 74 grams. Superbly made very high quality examples.
