An unusual English antique solid sterling silver and enamel spoon. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1930 with the maker being Denton & Down. It has been well designed having its terminal enamelled and decorated IR RIFLE CLUB - I do not know what this refers to. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures over 4.5 inches (12cm) long by 1 inch (2.6cm) wide and weighs 16 grams. A very good quality unusual example.
