A superb rare large Georgian solid sterling silver runcible spoon or fork. It is hallmarked for London 1795 with the maker being WS. It has been superbly designed made and has been engraved with a crest used by the Thompson family. It is in super condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs. It measures approx. 11.75 inches (29.8cm) long by almost 2 inches (4.9cm) wide and weighs an impressive 100 grams. A very high quality rare early piece.
