A beautiful rare English Victorian solid sterling silver sugar sifter spoon. It is hallmarked with for London 1886 with the maker being Francis Higgins III. It has been beautifully designed having a cast Japanese or Chinese Dragon slaying scene handle and beautifully pierced bowl. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 5.5 inches (14.2cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.4cm) wide and weighs 32 grams. A beautiful piece.
