A beautifully Norwegian solid silver box. It is hallmarked with the Norwegian 830 standard mark along with a makers mark. I would ate it to c1940. It has superbly designed with the lid depicting the image of a Viking ship or boat. It is in superb condition being free from splits, and repairs. It measures approx. 1.5 inches (3.8cm) across by almost 0.75 inch (1.4cm) tall and weighs 12 grams. A beautifully made piece.
