A quality English antique solid sterling silver caddy spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1837 with the maker's mark being that of Charles Lias, 1837 the last year of King William IV the first year for Queen Victoria. It has been superbly designed to what if termed fiddle pattern with the terminal being engraved with the initials JSH. It is in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 3.75 inches (9.2cm) long by 1.5 inches (3.7cm) wide and weighs 12 grams. A very nice clean example.
