A beautiful English Victorian solid sterling silver dish or bowl. It is hallmarked for London 1900 with the maker being Elkington & Co Ltd. It has been superbly designed being embossed with scrolls and berries and the cartouche engraved with the single initial L. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. It measures approx. 6.75 inches (17.2cm) across including the handles by 4 inches (10cm) wide by over 0.75 inch (2.2cm) tall and weighs 110 grams. A very good quality pretty piece.
