A rare Victorian antique solid sterling silver plaster case. It is hallmarked for London 1901 with the maker being that of Sampson Mordan & Co. It has been superbly designed and is in superb condition being free from dings and repairs. It still contains its little plaster book, with plasters inside, there is slight wear to this from being taken out of its case. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.5cm) long by over 1 inch (2.8cm) wide and weighs 12 grams excluding the book. A very unusual rare piece.
