A beautiful French solid sterling silver gilt egg cup. It is hallmarked with the Minerva 950 silver standard mark and makers mark of Page Freres and dates to c1900. It has been beautifully designed being internally gilded and is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, engraved initials to the front. It measures over 2 inches (5.4cm) tall by 1.75 inches (4.4cm) across the rim and weighs 30 grams. A very nice clean useable piece.
