A superb English solid sterling silver apostle spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1977 with the maker being Birmingham Mint. It has been beautifully made with the terminal being in the form of St John the Patron Saint of Authors and Love. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5.75 inches (14.5cm) long by 1.5 inches (3.8cm) wide (dessert spoon sized) and weighs a respectable 34 grams. A very well made piece.
