A superb English Victorian antique solid sterling silver sugar sifter spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1846 with the maker being Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater. It has been nicely designed being engraved with a falcon crest - possibly associated with the Allen family? It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 6.5 inches (16.4cm) long by 2.25 inches (5.6cm) wide and weighs 54 grams. A superb made piece.
