A nice quality English Victorian antique solid sterling silver caddy spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1839 with the maker's mark being that of Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater. It has been superbly designed to what is termed Fiddle Pattern and the terminal has been engraved with an ornate initial. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 3.75 inches (9.5cm) long by 1.5 inches (4cm) wide and weighs 18 grams. A very nice quality example.
