A rare antique English solid sterling silver egg spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1841 with the maker being IL over HL. It has been superbly made and has been engraved with a crest used by the Dalton family. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 4.75 inches (12cm) long by 1 inch (2.6cm) wide and weighs 15 grams. A very interesting example.
