A beautiful set of six cased English solid sterling silver spoons. They are hallmarked for Sheffield 1970 with the maker being Leonard Jones Ltd. They have been superbly made as replicas of Roman spoons. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They measure over 4 inches (10.5cm) long by almost 1 inch (2.5cm) wide and have a combined weight of 52 grams excluding the case. An interestingly made set, the perfect gift for an archaeologist.
