A lovely modern Scottish solid sterling silver spoon. It is hallmarked for Edinburgh 1991 with the maker being Hjaltasteyn Ltd of Lerwick, Shetland. It has been nicely designed with the terminal being in the form of a snowy owl and has a spiral stem. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures over 4.25 inches (11cm) long by over 0.75 inch (2.4cm) and weighs 8 grams. A pretty example.
