UNUSUAL SOLID STERLING SILVER WINDSOR CASTLE SPOON 1894 ROYALTY ANTIQUE

£36.00
Item number: 28797

A very unusual English Victorian antique solid sterling silver souvenir spoon (possibly a caddy spoon?). It is hallmarked for London 1894 with the maker being JPFP. It has been nicely designed having its bowl depicting Windsor castle and unusually the terminal depicting Edward VII who became king 7 years later, I figure they added his image to previously produced spoons to sell as souvenirs. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 4.5 inches (11.4cm) long by 1 inch (2.6cm) wide and weighs 12 grams. A very interesting example.
