A superbly detailed very high quality cast solid sterling silver soldier figure. It is hallmarked for London 1978 with the makers marks being SMc. It has been superbly cast in the form of a soldier of the 18th century possibly a Grenadier of c1760. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 2.75 inches (6.7cm) tall by almost 1 inch (2.3cm) across the base and weighs 52 grams. A very high quality unusual piece.
