A very interesting cased English sterling silver replica spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1977 with the maker being JBC&SLd. It has been superbly made as a replica of a 16th Century Maidenhead spoon. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 6 inches (15.5cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.8cm) wide and weighs 40 grams excluding the case. An interesting piece.
