A rare English cast solid sterling silver real sized mushroom statue. It is hallmarked for London 1976 with the maker being the designer Christopher Nigel Lawrence. Note this is number 1 of only 20 ever made. It has been beautifully designed being solid cast in the form of a mushroom with the cap being removeable to reveal two rabbits. It is in perfect condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 4.5 inches (11.4cm) tall by 2.75 inches (7cm) across the mushroom cap by almost 2.25 inches (5.2cm) across the base and the whole piece weighs 256 grams. A very rare example.
