A beautiful high quality English solid sterling silver cream jug. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1937 with the makers marks being Mappin and Webb. It has been superbly made having a very nice shape and is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean. It measures over 4 inches tall (10.3cms) to the top of the handle by a fraction less wide handle to spout and weighs 78 grams. A well made beautiful piece.
