A super quality rare English solid sterling silver cayenne, laudanum or snuff spoon (used for all). It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1900 with the makers mark being B&Co. It has been superbly made having a cast devil head terminal. It is in super condition being free from splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.2cm) long by 0.75 inch (1.9cm) wide and weighs 12 grams. A very unusual piece.
