A rare Persian solid silver egg cup. It is hallmarked with a 84 silver standard mark and tests as such. I would date it to c1920-1940. It has been superbly designed and is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.4cm) tall by almost 1.75 inches (4cm) across and weighs 28 grams. A beautifully made piece.
